- Enhanced: 3-5 Business Days
- Expedited: 1-3 Business Days

You have 30 days from date of purchase to request an exchange or return.

You can request an exchange/return in your customer account, or email contact@bigbarkco.com with the subject line: 'Exchange/Return Request: #(Your Order Number)' and we will respond within 1 business day with a return label.

Please note: we can only accept returns for products in their original condition and with their original packaging.

1. Can I return it if my dog doesn't don't like it?

Yes, most items can be returned, with the exception of certain items for safety reasons. We know buying online can feel risky, so we give you 30 days from date of purchase to send it back to us to get a full refund.

2. Will I have to pay for return shipping?

No, you can just print a shipping return label we send to you and attach it to a secure package of your return.

3. What if I don't receive my order?

Please email us if you haven't received your order within 30 days of purchase so we can refund your order.

4. Can I make an exchange if my product is defective or if I don't like it?

Yes. The quickest way to get an exchange is to request a refund for the original product and place a new order for the different product(s) you'd like instead, and place a note stating this is an exchange at checkout so we can bump you to the front of the line.
